Recently, we performed the following adjustments and fixes to the game:


⦿ 2023/05/10 Known Issues

• On some devices, rhythm mode might produce a flashing glitch on the screen during gameplay.
• After obtaining items, tapping on the Detail button on the Bag interface fails to show any item details.

⦿ 2023/05/10 Fixed Issues

• Sometimes when entering the Song Pack Selection screen, the display of Song Pack will be displayed incorrectly.
• Sometimes when completing an event mission, the event tickets might be deducted twice if the "Use" button on the "Try Again" pop-up window is pressed repeatedly.

⦿ 2023/01/18 Fixed Issues

• The display of the discount rate on "DEEMO II x Cytus II" Grand Bundle is incorrect, the correct rate should be "30% Off". The price of the bundle is correct.

⦿ 2023/01/04 Known Issues

• Sometimes while playing an event mission, two different song illustrations will overlap on the score screen. If players encounter the problem, please return to the menu screen, and enter the event again.

⦿ 09/28 Fixed Issues

• While playing on certain devices, players may see the error message "X01", preventing them from continuing with the story missions. If you are encountering this issue, please contact service@rayark.com for assistance.
• On certain devices, players might get stuck on the white loading screen. Players can try resolving this issue by switching to another Internet connection. If problem persists, please contact our support team at service@rayark.com and share with us your device info, OS version and the type of Internet connection you are using.
• Anomaly in which after previewing outfits, players cannot select albums. If you have encountered this issue, please restart the game to correctly Play Music.
• Sometimes while playing a suite or getting a Full Combo, the game will hang on the rhythm screen.
