⦿ 09/07 Known Issues

• While playing on certain devices, players may see the error message "X01", preventing them from continuing with the story missions. If you are encountering this issue, please contact service@rayark.com for assistance.
• On certain devices, players might get stuck on the white loading screen. Players can try resolving this issue by switching to another Internet connection. If problem persists, please contact our support team at service@rayark.com and share with us your device info, OS version and the type of Internet connection you are using.
• Anomaly in which after previewing outfits, players cannot select albums. If you have encountered this issue, please restart the game to correctly Play Music.

⦿ 09/07 Fixed Issues

• Certain iOS devices having glow effect on Rayark Pass login page.
• All Charming and Full Combo icons overlapping with difficulty icon in certain device ratios.
• After playing event missions, mission information will remain when exiting out of the events screen.
• The anomaly that certain resources do not display correctly right after being unlocked during Main Story or after unlocking the Events.
• In certain instances, music doesn't play correctly during event challenges and may prevent the results screen from showing.

⦿ 03/09 Known Issues

• Sometimes while playing a suite or getting a Full Combo, the game will hang on the rhythm screen.
