Recently, we performed the following adjustments and fixes to the game:

⦿ 02/09 Fixed Issues

• Charts can now be gotten from certain NPCs in certain areas. Please restart the game and try interacting with the NPCs to check if the charts can be correctly obtained.

⦿ 02/09 Post-Update Known Issues

• New Songs added in the Song Pack (Album 13 - The Intoxication of Darkness) would not repeat during preview.

⦿ 01/27 Fixed Issues:

• Your score from playing an Event may temporarily overwrite your regular high score for that chart.
• This update has fixed the "static" issue for some Android devices. We've currently turned off background music on the download screen - it will be turned back on for future updates.
• Certain players on iOS cannot download the initial game files even with enough free memory.
• Repeatedly refreshing a number of the same type of Daily Tasks may make it impossible to complete Tasks.
• Playing different special modes during Clash of the Keys may result in multiple modes appearing simultaneously (ex. playing Phase Mode and then Sudden Mode may cause Sudden and Phase mode to occur at the same time).

⦿ 01/21 Post-Update Known Issues

• If players keep getting the same Daily Task, that Task might be uncompletable. If that happens, please Give Up the Task and get a new one.
• In certain areas, charts are unable to be gotten from certain NPCs. If this happens, please message us at service@rayark.com and let us know your SID. We are doing our best to fix these issues as soon as possible.

⦿ 01/21 Fixed Issues:

• The two birds in Arcanum levels 69 and 100 now display correctly.
• Daily Tasks that have the player get Collectibles now have names that match with what the player has to collect.
• Numbers in the descriptions of certain achievements now match the actual number required.
• Achievements in This Charming Man and Want Fries With That? can now be collected normally.
• Certain text display errors/spelling errors have been fixed.
• Fixed some other various small issues.

⦿ 01/13 Post-Update Known Issues

• If players get enough Repair Progress to move forward in the story, but close or switch out of the game at that point, it's possible that they will be stuck with 100% Repair Progress and no way to continue on with the story. If that happens, please email service@rayark.com and provide your SID for assisance.
• Certain Android players are encountering static noises while playing. We sincerely apologize for this issue - those encountering the problem can email service@rayark.com with your device's model number and OS version to help us better fix this issue.
• Certain players on iOS cannot download the initial game files even with enough free memory. If this happens, try restarting your device and trying again.
• When devices are set to certain languages (ex. Turkish), players may encounter server connection errors. If this happens, try temporarily setting your device's language to English while entering the game.
• Players are unable to interact with Aries during the "Save the Cafe" Mission.
• Repeatedly refreshing a number of the same type of Daily Tasks may make it impossible to complete Tasks.
• Playing different special modes during Clash of the Keys may result in multiple modes appearing simultaneously (ex. playing Phase Mode and then Sudden Mode may cause Sudden and Phase mode to occur at the same time). If that happens, please restart the game or quit out of all menus to play again normally.
